March 2016 Update
In 2010 and 2014, FMSA built homes for two elderly grandmothers, who had previously been living in deplorable conditions in Puerto Jimenez. FMSA continues to check on the women regularly and to provide food for them. Both women are very happy in their homes and give God the glory for what He has done for them through FMSA. Iglesia Mision Apostolica La Fe En Cristo
Iglesia Apostolica’s kitchen was closed for most of December through January for Christmas break. It reopened in early February and has been serving approximately 60 lunches per weekday. We hope the Lord will be pleased to send even more children to this church for both physical and spiritual nourishment. Everything is in place for the anticipated growth. Volunteers are doing an amazing job. View photos of Iglesia Mision Apostolica La Fe En Cristo
Comunidad Cristiana Luz Y Esperanza
The new kitchen at Comunidad Cristiana Luz Y Esperanza is nearly finished. The number of children who come from the neighboring streets to receive lunches is growing. While there, they hear a lesson from the Bible. As a result of the lunch program, many of the children and their parents are now attending Worship Service on Sunday mornings. We pray that God will use this church to bring many to Christ and equip them to serve Him. FMSA is privileged to be a part of what God is doing in this congregation. To see some of the work that’s been accomplished and the smiling faces of those involved, please take a look at our most recent photos. We are grateful to those who have donated to FMSA. We hope that you will continue to support and to pray for us as we serve the Lord through this ministry.
